What it is like working with me.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant with a passion for helping women move through the challenges that come with being in the postpartum period.

Being a mom myself, and navigating a lot of these challenges, I approach therapy with compassion, and understanding for the complexities that is motherhood.

I also know the importance of seeing improvement. I used treatments that are solution focused and rooted in research.

I also understand that we are all different, with different circumstances and levels of support. I tailor your treatment specifically to you so that you can move through your unique challenges.
