Therapy & Sleep Consultation

Your brain was built for outcomes. Motherhood does not reward the skills that got you here. Reclaim your calm, confidence, and identity with evidence-based treatments that actually work.

Come for Support. Leave with Tools.

Individual Therapy

Postpartum Mental Health

Individual Therapy

You used to be the one who had it together. Clear-headed, confident, capable of handling whatever life threw at you - the kind of woman who set a goal and reached it. Then you became a mother, and somewhere between the sleepless nights and the endless feeding schedules, you stopped recognizing yourself. The systems that always worked stopped working, and the guilt of not being able to figure this out the way you figure out everything else started to settle in.

Maybe it is the anxiety that keeps your mind spinning long after the baby is asleep. Maybe it is the heaviness that settles in your chest even on the good days. Maybe it is the rage that surprises you, the kind you never knew lived inside you.

In our sessions together, we will not just talk about how hard things are. We will measure where you are, understand what is driving your distress, and build real skills you can use that same evening.

After a few months of working together, the fog begins to lift. You will fall asleep without spiraling. You will respond to your baby from a place of calm instead of survival mode. You will look in the mirror and see someone you recognize again.

Couples Therapy

Gottman Method for New Parents

Couples Therapy

You know you love each other. Everything looks fine from the outside - and you have both been working hard to keep it that way. But something shifted when the baby arrived, and now you feel more like roommates managing logistics than partners building a life together. The same unpredictability that is stretching you is stretching your relationship.

Using the Gottman Method, we will work on rebuilding the friendship at the core of your relationship. You will learn how to communicate needs without criticism, how to turn toward each other instead of away, and how to navigate this enormous life transition as a team.

You will leave our sessions with specific tools, not vague advice, for having the hard conversations, repairing after conflict, and creating moments of connection even in the exhausting early days of parenthood.

CBT-I Group Therapy

Small-Group Insomnia Program

CBT-I Group Therapy

The full CBT-I protocol, delivered in a small, structured group of no more than 6 participants. Seven sessions over nine weeks. Join the interest list - we launch once 6 moms are in.

Group therapy for insomnia works as well as individual treatment, with the added benefit of knowing you are not the only one lying awake at 3am. Hearing how others navigate the same challenges, and watching them improve, accelerates your own progress.

This is a closed cohort, meaning everyone starts and finishes together. Spots are limited and fill quickly.

Concierge & Nature-Based Therapy

Sessions That Come to You

Concierge & Nature-Based Therapy

Not everyone can make it to an office. For mothers in the thick of early postpartum, logistics are often the only barrier between them and the help that would change everything.

I offer three formats beyond telehealth: in-person sessions at the Kiln in Bend (grab a drink and head outside to the grass with a view of the Cascades), walk-and-talk sessions at a pre-arranged riverfront location, and home visits within a 5-mile radius.

All formats use the same evidence-based approaches. The only difference is that the barrier between you and support is removed. Chairs and blankets available outdoors. Babies always welcome.

Pediatric Sleep Consulting

Baby & Toddler Sleep

Pediatric Sleep Consulting

Your baby will only sleep on you. Or in the car seat. Or in forty-five minute cycles that leave you both chronically under-rested. You have tried the methods and watched them work for other people's babies.

Gentle pediatric sleep consulting means making changes informed by your baby's developmental stage and temperament, and aligned with your values as a parent, not a generic method off a website.

Most families see meaningful improvement within one to three weeks. A structure that works, a baby who falls asleep more independently, and a family that is finally getting consistent rest.

Find Yourself in Motherhood

13-Week Cohort Program

Find Yourself in Motherhood

You do not need to try harder. You have been trying harder your whole life. You need a system that works for the woman you are now, not the one you were before.

A 13-week immersive program for moms who are ready for measurable change, not more advice. All four pillars of health, walked step by step with a cohort of women who start where you start and finish changed.

A workbook and habit tracker keep the work going between sessions. Weekly Tuesdays in Bend, OR - cohorts launch once 8 women enroll.
