A walking group for moms in the season after the newborn fog — when everyone assumes you've adjusted and you're still not quite yourself. First Monday of every month at Pioneer Park in Bend. No performing here.
For the mom who feels like she's aged out of postpartum support — if your little one is 6 months to 7 years old, you belong here.
Show up as you are. Not as the version you think you should be. Unwashed hair, yesterday's shirt, disheveled, late from shoving the kids in the car — all of it is welcome.
Little ones come too. Strollers, walkers, and kids who run ahead and create chaos are all welcome — the pace is whatever they set.
No roll call, no pressure. Come when you can, leave when you need to, and just walk.
