Online Therapy

Real therapy, wherever you already are.

Support that fits inside a mom’s life.

Telehealth removes every piece of logistics between you and care. No commute, no babysitter, no waiting room. You join from your couch, the nursery floor, or a parked car. For mothers in the thick of it, that simplicity is often the difference between getting support and not.

The same clinical care, in whatever room you are in.

Online sessions are not a lesser version of therapy. We use the same evidence-based approaches, set the same measurable goals, and you leave each session with a tool to try, not just something to think about. The screen changes nothing about the quality of the work.

Licensed in Oregon, California, and Florida.

Wherever you are in those three states, we can work together. That includes anywhere in Central Oregon, from Redmond to Sisters to La Pine, and moms across OR, CA, and FL who want specialized perinatal, couples, and sleep care without the drive.

Your baby does not have to be quiet.

This is therapy built for mothers, not for people with uninterrupted free time. Your baby can be on your lap. We can pause for a feed. If you need to rock while we talk, we will work around it. Realistic sessions beat perfect ones.

What a session looks like.

We meet over secure video for a standard 50-minute session. All you need is a phone or laptop and a place where you can speak privately. If life interrupts, and with babies it does, we simply pick back up. That flexibility is the point.

Imagine a new you.

It is naptime. Your laptop is open, your coffee is hot, and for fifty minutes the focus is entirely on you. No logistics, no travel, no excuses left. Just you, doing the work, from your own living room. That version of support is available to you today.

If getting to an office is the thing that has kept you from starting, online therapy removes that barrier entirely. Book a free 20-minute consultation and let's talk about what getting support looks like from wherever you are.
