Central Oregon Mom Community
Find Yourself in Motherhood.
You don't need to try harder. You need a place to feel seen, heard and safe to explore a system that works.
A community in Bend, OR for moms with little ones ages 6 months to 7 years. You may not feel "postpartum" anymore, but you still need community and support. Come gather with women in the same season.
The Distance From You
It did not happen overnight.
You were the woman who figured things out. Competent, clear, confident. You could walk into a meeting, make a call, handle a problem. You trusted yourself. Then the baby arrived and somewhere in the sleep deprivation, the identity shift, the relentlessness of it all you lost your footing.
You keep saying "why can't I just get it together?" But what you mean is something deeper: I don't recognize myself anymore, and I don't know how to get back. The exhaustion became your baseline and you stopped noticing it the way you stop noticing background noise. You are functional. But you are not well. And somewhere deep down, you know the difference.
Maybe you do not even call it postpartum anymore. Your baby is not a newborn, the fog lifted a while ago, and everyone assumes you have adjusted. But you still need somewhere to put all of it. This community is for exactly that mom.
Your emotions feel louder than you are comfortable with
Your habits are inconsistent no matter how hard you try
You second-guess yourself in ways you never used to
Your body feels foreign to you
Your marriage feels different and you don't know how to fix it
You feel less grounded less like you
This is not a character flaw. This is not weakness. This is what happens when all four pillars of your health shift at once and no one gave you a system for rebuilding them.
The Way Back
Not another Zoom call. Not another room where you perform being fine. You walk the river path in Bend, OR alongside women in the same season of life — kids the same ages, the same quiet ache of not quite feeling like yourself. And somewhere between the river and the conversation, you say out loud what you have been holding inside. Someone else says "me too." And suddenly it is real.

About Your Guide
A therapist who has been where you are.
I'm Kristina Anzell, LCSW, PMH-C. I'm also a mom who sat in the fog of early motherhood thinking "I was prepared, so why is this so hard?"
I watched myself become someone I didn't recognize. The sleep deprivation, the identity shift, the distance from the person I used to be I lived through all of it. And I kept thinking I should just try harder. Except trying harder was the thing that was exhausting me.
I specialize in maternal mental health, with advanced training in TEAM-CBT, DBT, ACT, and the Gottman Method. I built this community because I kept seeing the same woman: intelligent, capable, high-performing, no longer "freshly postpartum" but still deeply uncomfortable feeling out of control. She didn't need to be in crisis to deserve support. She needed a structure she could trust.
So I built one. And I opened a door here, in Bend, OR where she can show up and start finding her way back.
The Framework
Four pillars. One system that brings you back to you.
Every month in the support group works through these four pillars the same framework that drives the full 13-week program.
01
Biological
Sleep, food, water, movement regulated and sustainable.
02
Psychological
Self-trust, identity, thought patterns, emotion regulation.
03
Social
Boundaries, marriage, friendships, community.
04
Spiritual
Values, purpose, anchoring your new identity.
What to expect
Whether you start free or jump into structured support here is what the community feels.
You show up. You walk.
Monthly walks along the river in Bend, OR that fit into a mom's life. Not another thing to manage. Not another screen to close. Just a path along the Deschutes and women who are in the same season and you be present in it.
Women who get it
Not advice from strangers. Not a comment section. A walking circle of moms who are in the same season, facing the same distance from themselves. You say what you have been holding inside, and you hear it in someone else's voice, and you feel it is real.
Tools that stick
In the support group, you walk away with something to try not just something to think about. Structured themes and tools you can actually use. The kind of work that creates change you can feel the next month, not just inspiration that fades by Wednesday.
