Maternal warmth

You're not broken. You're in the middle of becoming.

A 13-week small-group program for high-achieving moms who feel like they lost themselves somewhere between the positive test and the school pickup line. Together, we rebuild all four pillars of your health: spiritual, biological, psychological, and social.

Does any of this sound like your life?

You seem fine to everyone around you. Capable. Put-together. The mom who always shows up.

The version of yourself you used to be keeps slipping further away, and you're not sure how to get her back.

Your habits work for two weeks, then collapse. Again.

You're exhausted but can't rest, and 'self-care' suggestions make you want to scream.

Your marriage is functional but distant. You're roommates who manage a household.

You second-guess decisions you never used to think twice about.

You keep wondering: is this it?

Here's what nobody told you: this isn't a character flaw, and it isn't weakness. It's what happens when all four pillars of your health shift at once and no one hands you a system for rebuilding them. That system is what this program is.

Not another lecture series. A rebuild.

Over 13 weeks, in a small group of women in the exact same season, you'll walk through the four pillars one at a time. We start with your values, because everything else gets built on them:

Spiritual (Weeks 2-3)

Your values and priorities, and how to create motivation that actually lasts. The foundation everything else gets built on.

Biological (Weeks 4-5)

Sleep, food, water, and movement that fit your actual life, not a highlight reel.

Psychological (Weeks 6-8)

Quieting self-criticism, shame resilience, and integrating who you were with who you are.

Social (Weeks 9-11)

Boundaries that hold, a marriage that works in this season, and a support system beyond your front door.

Spiritual, again (Weeks 12-13)

Long-term habit integration, maintenance, and relapse preparation, so this lasts after the program ends.

Each week builds on the last, with worksheets, habit tracking, and homework designed for real life with little ones. (Homework you'll actually want to do. Mostly.)

This is for you if

You're a mom (little ones ages 6 months to 7 years) who was high-achieving before kids and feels like you're watching your own life through glass now.

You don't necessarily feel 'postpartum' anymore, but you still need somewhere to put all of it.

You're done with generic advice and ready for a structured, evidence-based system.

You want real connection, not another Zoom room where everyone performs being fine.

You are willing to do uncomfortable work if it is honest work.

This is not for you if

You are in acute crisis or need individual clinical care right now. (I offer therapy for that, and I'd be glad to talk about it.)

You want a quick fix. Thirteen weeks is a real commitment, and that is the point.

You are looking for someone to tell you exactly what to do. This is guided discovery, not a prescription.

You can't make the weekly group time right now. The magic is in the room together.

About Your Guide

Hi, I'm Kristina.

I'm an LCSW, PMH-C (perinatal mental health certified) therapist, and pediatric sleep consultant in Bend, Oregon. I'm also a mom, which means I know the difference between knowing what helps at 9am and having any of it left in you at 9pm.

My approach blends evidence-based individual and couples therapy skills, sleep science, and lived experience. I don't believe in spending years circling the same issues. You've already been doing that on your own. I believe in a clear map of what is actually happening, and real, lasting change in months, not years.

This program is everything I find myself teaching in my office, advising my mom friends to look at, and doing at home to find myself in motherhood, condensed into a system you can walk through with women who get it.

Week by Week

Thirteen weeks, one pillar at a time, each building on the last.

1

Introduction.

Why you don’t feel like yourself after baby. The science of matrescence and the biopsychosocial-spiritual model. Which pillar feels most depleted?

2

Your values and priorities, what you’re actually living for.

Values clarification and acting from alignment. The foundation everything else gets built on.

3

Creating sustained motivation.

Motivation from alignment, baseline audit, SMART goal setting, and a habit tracking system built on consistency over intensity.

4

Sleep, food, and water as medicine.

Sleep hygiene vs. insomnia, food noise vs. nourishment, and hydration habits. (Yes, water. It matters more than you think.)

5

Movement that fits your season.

Micro-wins and modifying movement for this chapter of life, not what you used to do.

6

Challenging the thoughts that hold you back.

Cognitive distortions, interrupting self-criticism, and rewriting your internal narrative.

7

Emotion regulation and shame resilience.

Tools for regulation, shame in the silence, and taking up space.

8

Who were you? Who are you now?

Identity exploration and merging before-mom and after-mom into someone whole.

9

Boundaries that actually hold.

Healthy vs. rigid or porous, and tolerating the discomfort of holding the line.

10

Your marriage in this new season.

New roles, rebuilding partnership, and communicating through conflict.

11

Friendships, community, and identity outside motherhood.

Mapping your support system and expanding it, so the group you leave with is bigger than the one you came with.

12

Long-term habit integration.

What are you taking with you? Building your continuation plan: the three habits you’re committing to, your early warning signs, your support people, and your check-in schedule.

13

Maintenance and relapse preparation, not prevention.

Graduation, next-chapter planning, SMART goals for the year ahead, and a letter to yourself six months from now.
