Top 10 Sleep Products for Baby

Now that I am a postpartum therapist and pediatric sleep consultant, I have learned a lot about sleep. There are many things that I wish I had for my first baby that made sleep so much easier for my second. Here is a list of the top 10 products for baby sleep that have made my life so much easier and more enjoyable around sleep.

Top 10 sleep products for baby

  1. Swaddles for before and after rolling

My babies, for whatever reason, hated having their arms across their chest when they were swaddled. He would fight and fight and fight until he got his arms out, and then would wake himself up with the moro reflex because his arms were not swaddled. We found this Hands up swaddle and it made a world of difference! These swaddles can also be used after baby starts to show signs of rolling because with just a zip, the arms come off and it becomes a sleep sac! If you are unsure if your baby's swaddling preferences, these adaptable swaddles allow you to swaddle with arms accross their chest, with one arm up, with their hand out, or with both arms up, while only having to buy 1 swaddle!! Save the time and money and just get this at the start. Another thing I like about these swaddles, it that you can have both arms up and out so you can continue to use them as a sleep sac with the added benifit of it still feeling like a big hug for your baby.
