Welcome to a supportive, non-judgemental space. 

Each Wednesday our support group will meet for 50 minutes.  Every other week will be in person where we can walk and connect with other moms live, and every other week we will have an online lunch group.  

Online meetings: 

When we meet online, we will gather together to talk about the topic of the week.  

We will then break into discussion groups! I will be popping in and out of groups to help guide discussions if needed.  

We will then come back together as a whole group 10 minutes before concluding out time together.  In this time, we can share what came up for us in our discussions and reflect on one thing we want to work on for the week ahead.  

Walking Meetings:   

We will meet as a group, introduce ourselves and then I will introduce the topic for the week.  

We will then head out for a walk on the rec trail! I will be providing discussion questions on the topic if you get stuck in conversation.  

We will then meet back at the park to talk about what came up for us on the walk.
